In our Executive Coaching engagements, we use powerful assessment tools like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Everything DiSC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) which together with a client’s recent performance reviews, can help identify key strengths to build on as well as perceived weaknesses and patterns of behavior that need to be addressed.
We also help our clients better understand their leadership style and how that style is perceived by such key constituencies as their Managers, Peers, and Direct Reports by utilizing highly reputable online assessment tools like Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders.
Throughout our coaching engagement, we develop a highly customized Leadership Development Plan that lays out specific strategies for the client’s continuing professional development as well as the action steps and key performance metrics that will support those strategies and reinforce the desired behavioral changes.
